The Lounge Brief is made from 95% organic cotton and 5% spandex and uses a thicker, more substantial fabric than standard underwear. The fabric is breathable, sweat-absorbing, and designed to balance comfort, stretch, and durability. It features a finely ribbed texture for flexibility, along with generously sized leg openings to prevent digging in.

The Lounge Brief is produced in small batches to help reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste. We use organic cotton, which is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Orders are packaged with sustainability in mind to reduce waste and minimize single-use materials as much as possible.

Wash in cold water with similar colors. Skip the bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry low, and don’t iron or dry clean. The black color will fade a bit over time and many washes, which is natural for organic cotton and part of how the fabric ages.

Hi, I’m Vanessa, the founder of Autumn Body. After experiencing weight changes over time, I realized underwear was not designed to adapt to size fluctuations. I created the Lounge Brief as a comfortable, non-compressive alternative, made from premium organic cotton and designed to stretch across two sizes.
